She was predeceased by: her parents, Ottabee Simms and Harold David Quinn Sr. of Toledo, Ohio.. She is survived by: her son Sean Reynolds of Toledo, OH; and her siblings, Kathy Kirby, Harold David Quinn, Jr. of Toledo, OH and Anthony Quinn of Phoenix, AZ. She is also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.
