He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Diemer and Agnes Diemer (Fischer); and his siblings, Bert Diemer (Helen), Roger Diemer, Don Diemer and Janet Dulle.
He is survived by: his wife Catharine Warniment; his children, Neil Diemer (Connie) of Ottawa, Amanda Kuhlman (Greg) of Glandorf and Ida Hussey (Davis) of Myrtle Beach, NC; his grandchildren, Dereck Meyer (Jessica), Shaeley Flores (Aaron), Logan Diemer, Kiersten Kuhlman, Davis Hussey, Jr. and Anna Hussey; his great grandchildren, Karson Meyer and Kinsley Meyer; his sisters, Liz Murray of Toledo and Barb Diemer of Ottawa; and his sister-in-law Alice Diemer of Glandorf.
Memorial donations may be made to the Putnam County Council on Aging.
