He is survived by: his parents, Robert III and Phyllis Frey III (Kaufman); his children, Taylor Dukes (Cody) of Ottawa, Kaydree Frey of Ottawa, Brandon Frey of Ottawa and Kadon Frey of Ottawa; his granddaughter Avery Dukes; and his siblings, Deana Salsburey (Scott) of Ottawa and Robert Frey IV (Tammy) of McComb. He is also survived by several nieces and a nephew.

Memorial donations may be made to a charity of the donor's choice.
