He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Foreman and Mildred Foreman (Benston); and his siblings, Jim, Johnny and Mary Ann.
He is survived by: his wife Joan G Foreman; his children, Ellen Elkins (Nate) of Ottawa, David Foreman (Sandra) of Ottawa and Andy Foreman (Carrie) of Leipsic; his grandchildren, Faith, Lucy, Daniel, William and Bryant; his pets, Maggie and Abbie; and his siblings, Ron, Rick, Michael, Patty and Terri. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the American Legion Post 63 Auxiliary Children's Christmas Party.
