He was predeceased by: his parents, Hubert "Red" Kreinbrink and Mary "Mame" Kreinbrink (Ruhe); and his sister Carol Kuhlman (Dan). He is survived by: his brothers, Clyde L. and Dennis G. Kreinbrink; his children, Jesse Kreinbrink (Jennifer) of Land O'Lakes, FL., Dr. Katherine Trunzo (Joseph) of North Royalton and Sheila Brueggemann (Matthew) of Lewisburg; his grandchildren, Liam, Hudson, Paige Kreinbrink, Luca, Elena, Nina Trunzo, Ethan, Olivia, Brooklyn and Riley Brueggemann; and his sisters-in-law, Karen Kreinbrink and Marilyn Jerwers. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Memorial donations may be made to Putnam County Council on Aging.

“I was one of Duane's Shop students at Ottoville High School back in the 80's. I always enjoyed his classes and I loved his dry sense of humor. I learned a lot from him and I still use some if his techniques in my own woodshop today. He was a great guy! And for the record, that Pacer of his never became the collector's item he kept telling us it would be someday! :) Prayers for comfort to the family!”
