We are sad to announce that on November 30, 2023, at the age of 80, Diana W. Mayhew of Ottawa, Ohio, born in Coshocton, Ohio passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Diana W. Mayhew to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Jack McCleary and Zola "Pat" McCleary (Fletcher); her husband David C. Mayhew; and her sister Jacquie Vorlicky. She is survived by: her sons, David Mayhew (Deanna) of Hicksville and Dean Mayhew (Sharon) of Glandorf; her grandchildren, Erica, Cecelia, Anissa, Kendall and Connor; and her brother-in-law Bill Vorlicky. She is also survived by eleven great-grandchildren.
