She is survived by: her fiancé Greg Cavanaugh of Ottawa; her son Matthew Bryant (Sydney Stewart) of Murray, KY; her stepchildren, Michelle Maag (Paul) of Glandorf and Scott Cavanaugh of Glandorf; her grandchildren, Chase and Brooklynn Maag; her siblings, James Fortman (Alene) of Piqua, Joyce Renzi (Eugene) of Sackets Harbor, NY, Phyllis Poulson of Stevensville, MI, Joan Ebbeskotte (Leonard) of Glandorf, Tom Fortman (Theresa) of Lakeview, OH, Dan Fortman (Lynn) of Shelby and Marcel Dorman (Charles) of Clermont, FL; and her brother-in-law Michael Okuley of New Bavaria.
