He was predeceased by: his father Antonio Carrillo Montalvo; his grandparents, Macaria Ruiz, Hinio Carrillo, Jesusa "Chucha" Carrillo Carrillo and Jesus Carrillo Carrillo; and his siblings, Margarita Carrillo Carrillo, Juan M. Carrillo Carrillo and Martin "El Tigere" Carrillo Carrillo of Ohio.
He is survived by: his spouse Nakia Scarberry; his children, Angelica Carrillo of Cairo and Antonio Carrillo (Sydney Schroeder) of Ottawa; his grandchildren, Amirah Glenn, Azariah Fox, Lux Carrillo and Remi Carrillo; and his siblings, Rosa Carrillo Carrillo of Mexico, M. A, Guadalupe Carrillo Carrillo of Mexico, Martha Carrillo Carrillo of Chicago, Chriselda Carrillo Carrillo of Florida, Antonio Carrillo Carrillo of Georgia, Jesus Carrillo Carrillo of Ohio and Adrian Carrillo Carrillo of Mexico.
