He is survived by: his girlfriend Darcie Rieman; his children, Devon Kuhlman (Tasha Smith) of Findlay and Nathan Kuhlman of Findlay; his siblings, Dean Kuhlman (Cindy) of Ottawa, Dave Kuhlman (Brenda) of Ottawa, Beverly Potts (John) of Ottawa, Kevin Kuhlman (Joan) of Ottawa, Jeff Kuhlman (Rhonda) of Gilboa and Mike Kuhlman (Lynn) of Ottawa; and his pets, Jack and Taz.
Memorial donations may be made to Sts. Peter and Paul Catholic Church, Ottawa or the Putnam County Humane Society.
