We are sad to announce that on April 20, 2023, at the age of 89, Arlene E. McDougle of Ottawa, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Samuel Hoops and Emma Hoops (Fental); her siblings, Edgar Hoops, Elroy Hoops, Marie Gerken, Norma Lienau, Louise Miller, Fred Hoops, Melvin Hoops, Wilma Sonnenberg, Emma Brandt, Victor Hoops and Don Hoops; and her grandson David McDougle.
She is survived by: her husband Reynold McDougle; and her children, Steve McDougle, Clyde, Natalie Sigler, Jim McDougle, Mari Siefker (Bob) and Lynda Meyer (Ken).
