She is survived by: her children, Melinda Carroll, Mary Snyder (Doug), Billy Joe Slagle (Billie), Leslie Slagle (Loraine) and Michael Knapp (Thelma); her sister-in-law Martha Rosa Erwin; and her sister Linda Clark (Don). She is also survived by 2 nieces; 1 nephew; many cousins and friends.
