He is survived by: his wife Barbara; his daughters, Kelly Cavanaugh (Sean) and Dawn Slates (David); his sister Vicky Whitehouse (John); his stepbrother Greg Benedict (Lisa); his parents-in-law, Wayne Anderson, Marlene Hoover, Donna Anderson and Debby Wight (Leland); and his grandchildren, Aidan, Carson Cavanaugh, Regan, Layne, Joey and Brynn Slates.
