He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Brenkert and Mary Brenkert; his siblings, Edward, Albert Brenkert and Geraldine Van Vort; and his daughter Cathy.
He is survived by: his spouse Roswitha Brenkert; and his sister Irene Perkins. He is also survived by his wife, sons and daughters-in-law, stepchildren and their spouses.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Mary Church or Hospice of the Western Reserve.
