He is survived by: his parents, Richard Canterbury and Amy Canterbury (Tice); his wife Ashley; his children, Alayna Tice of Orrville and Blayne Tice of Orrville; his siblings, Ashley Dietrich of New Philadelphia and Daniel Dietrich of New Philadelphia; and his grandmothers, Rebecca Spires of Wooster and Sally Ross of New Philadelphia.
