He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, David Chomyak and Karen Chomyak (Cepull); his wife Lori Sprunger; his children, Alexander Chomyak (Amber) of Orrville and Brittany Chomyak (Trent Shimanek) of Orrville; his granddaughter Ramsey Shimanek; his siblings, Lauri Davidson (Scott), Ed Chomyak (Tracy) and Tria Cartner (Jeff); and his father-in-law Ron Sprunger (Karen) of Orrville.
