He is survived by: his spouse Jena Ullom; his pet Oreo; his daughters, Sara Fuqua (Kenny) of Wooster and Hannah Gift (Korey) of Orrville; his granddaughter Mila Fuqua; his sister Beth Leslie (Cecil) of Wooster; and his son-in-law James Nash.
