He is survived by: his wife Vahn Phaphouvaninh; his daughters, Kinda Ratliff (Tyler) of Doylestown and Bethany DeWood (Matthew) of Wadsworth; his grandchildren, Weston, Foster Ratliff, Mila and Harper DeWood; and his brother Soumphonh Phaphouvaninh. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
