He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul T. Dailey, Sr. and Hazelteene Y. Andrews Dailey; and his brother John Allen Dailey, Sr.. He is survived by: his children, Timmy Dailey of Jefferson County, WV and Tina McDaniel of Jefferson County, WV; his sister-in-law Janie Dailey; and his nephews, Jason, Josh and Justin Dailey.

Visitation will be held on Friday, February 21st 2025 from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Melvin T. Strider Colonial Funeral Home (310 S Fairfax Blvd, Ranson, WV 25438). A celebration of life will be held on Friday, February 21st 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location.
