She was predeceased by: her parents, Ray Helms and Rhea Helms (Masters); her siblings, David and Betty Thornton; and her husband Wayne A. Brown.
She is survived by: her daughters, Martha McGregor (Gary) and Connie Morgan (John); her grandchildren, Janel Strong (Paul Jr.), Joshua Denby, Amanda Woodworth (AJ Kirven) and Jenna Ledford (David III); and her brother Ray Helms. She is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, November 13th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the Auble-Gillman Funeral Home (360 W Sunset Dr, Rittman, OH 44270). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, November 13th 2024 at 11:45 AM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Wednesday, November 13th 2024 at 1:15 PM at the Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery (10175 Rawiga Rd, Seville, OH 44270).
