He was predeceased by: his siblings, Wilmer, Lester, Russell Baer, Helen Brown and Ruth Beech.
He is survived by: his wife Roberta Rutter; his close friend Roberta; his children, Robyn Baer-Hostetler (Larry Eggeman) of Marshallville, Shawn Baer of Wooster and Heath Baer (Lynae) of Marshallville; his grandchildren, Jessica Baer, Reed Hostetler (Abby), Wren Hostetler, Wyatt Baer, Aidan Hostetler, Willow Baer and Lee Hostetler; his great grandchild Stefan Baer-Hostetler; his stepgrandchildren, Danielle Hatton (Jim), Lindsey Eggeman, Penelope and Piper Hatton; and his sister Pearl Berlin.
Visitors are asked to wear masks, practice social distancing, and adhere to posted signs and spacing limitations.
