He was predeceased by: his parents, Chester Rufener and Roma Rufener (Musser); and his brother Larry Rufener. He is survived by: his wife Marsha; his siblings, John Rufener (Janice), Darrell Rufener (Shirley), Joan Rufener and Ellen Johnson (Richard); his sister-in-law Susan Rufener; and his parents-in-law, Vince and Jane Hartzler.
Visitors are asked to wear masks, practice social distancing, and adhere to posted signs and spacing limitations.
