We are sad to announce that on September 4, 2020, at the age of 91, Kathryn V. Hartley of Orrville, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ed Smith and Lula Smith (Totten); her former husband Harry Parker; her siblings, Thelma Wilson, Everett and Edward Smith; and her son-in-law James Burden.
She is survived by: her husband Gerald "Jerry" Harltey; her children, Stanley Parker (Christine) and Linda Burden; her stepdaughter Kathy Purcell (Ray); and her siblings, Frank Smith (Doris), Ethel Bartholomew, Frances McDougal and Vivian Norris. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren; 8 great grandchildren; and 10 great great grandchildren.
