He was loved and cherished by many people including: his mother Eleanor Berkey (West) of Orrville; his wife Denise Horst; his children, Sommer Alexander (Michael) of Orrville, Amanda Yoder (Nate) of Wooster and Ryan Berkey of Orrville; his grandsons, Dylan, Drew and Derek Alexander; his siblings, Harold Berkey (Donna) of Orrville, Mark Berkey (Joanne) of Lakeland, FL and Kaylyn Dolak (Ray) of Navarre; his pet Sammy; his father Dean Wilbur Berkey; and his brother Robert Matthew Berkey. He was also cherished by his children and grandchildren.
