She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Horst and Zorah Horst; her former husband Bob; her daughters, Kathy Lambert, Carol Brillhart and Christine Gardner; her son-in-law Virgil Lambert; and her brothers, Ralph and Melvin.
She is survived by: her husband Richard Forney; her son Bob Auten (Linda); her sons-in-law, Ron Brillhart (Connie) and Glen Gardner; and her stepdaughters, Gail Hawks and Billie Blosser (Ronnie). She is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 22 great grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
