He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Barden and Anne Barden (Turpen); and his siblings, Ida Claudine Tomlin, Frank Lee Barden, Emily Louise Morgan, James Russel Barden, Lena McGahee, Billy Barden and Mary Ann Caudell.
He is survived by: his friend Spot; his daughters, Laurier Likens (Glen) and Malia Gunselman (Rick); his grandchildren, Rachelle McNeill (Nick), Kyle Likens (Ariella), Eric Likens, Mariah Gray (Nate) and Madison Gunselman; his great grandchild Owen James McNeill; his former wife Barbara Barden; his sister Doris Goldman; his sisters-in-law, Jane and June Barden; and also, Connie, Luke Serra, Sherry, Norm, Cole, Marielle Cadsawan and Jessica Palmer. He is also survived by many nieces & nephews.
