He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilbur Shutt and Anola Menges Shutt; his wife Mary K. Waggy; and his siblings, Floyd W. Shutt and Anna Kathryn Gibson.
He is survived by: his children, Patricia Welsh of Waycross, Georgia, Pamela Schehl (Dave) of Fredericktown, Steve Shutt (Pam) of Dover and Cheryl Cordts (Steven) of Dover. He is also survived by his 10 grandchildren; his 15 great-grandchildren; and his nieces and nephews.
