She was predeceased by: her parents, Oscar Mellott and Katherine Mellott (Ault); her daughter Denise Kay; and her brother Ronnie Mellott. She is survived by: her children, Jim Kay of Orrville, Joseph Gentry of Atlanta, GA, Sandy Efaw (Tom) of Orrville and Carla Gentry of Atlanta, GA; her siblings, Larry Mellott (Judy) of Orrville, Pat Scalesi (Butch) of West Salem, Linda Woodward (John) of Norton and Robin Sands (Dean) of Wooster; and her pets, Cooper and Coco. She is also survived by many grandchildren, great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
