She was predeceased by: her parents, Lawrence Polen and Margaret Polen (Hall); her husband Paul; and her sister Wanda Lee. She is survived by: her sons, Edward P. Chine of Woodbridge, VA and Thomas L. Chine of Orrville; her siblings, Lawrence C. Polen Jr. (Kathy) of Phoenix, AZ and Linda Hamilton of Canton; her nephew David Homer (Cheryl) of Canton; her friend Connie Blandford of Orrville; and her close friend Melissa Lehman (Ken) of Orrville.
