With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Williard Horne of Orient, Ohio, born in Portsmouth, Ohio, who passed away on December 14, 2023 at the age of 67. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his father Thomas "Gene" Horne; and his brother Mark Horne. He is survived by: his nephew Josh Horne; his mother Dorothy Horne (Burton); and his siblings, Patty Brenner (Dick), Tammy Colley (Larry) and Mike Horne. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews.
