He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Meier and Margaret Meier; his siblings, Laura and Doug; and his father-in-law Larry Thomas.

He is survived by: his wife Sheri; his sons, Thomas W (Tommy) and Paul C Meier; his pets, Stitch and Rueben; his brother Brad Meier; his parents-in-law, Don and Betty Smith; and his brothers-in-law, Brent Thomas (Linda), Travis Thomas (Nicole), Shane Thomas (Angie) and Kevin Smith (Angie). He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and many special friends.

Visitation was held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Lucky Farm (9368 Borror Rd, Orient, OH 43146). A celebration of life was held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
