She was predeceased by: her parents, Omer Thomas and Pauline Thomas; her husband Stephen Maurice D'Angelo Bivona; and her brother Tracy Thomas (Shelly). She is survived by: her siblings, Vicki Swartz, Diana Pool, Omer 'Frank Thomas (Nancy), Timothy 'Timmy Thomas (Niramol), Robin Smith (Russ) and Cathy Kinninger (Bill); her former husband Spencer R. Fairley; her daughters, Stephanie Lynn Fairley and Sonya Rene Fairley; her former husband Timothy Barnett; her daughter Ashley Lee Barnett; her stepchildren, Tami Conley (Tim) and Tony Bivona; and her grandchildren, Kaelyn Mequel Bowens, Harley Marie Barnett, Hannah Rene Carson and Kendyl Malia Bowens. She is also survived by siblings and extended family.
