She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Larue Blankenship and Dora Blankenship (Chmiel); her husband Jeffrey Eitel; her sons, Jeffrey Eitel and Jason Eitel; her grandchildren, Jett, Kingston, Ella, Annalise, Landyn, Addison and Aubrey; her siblings, Patricia Cook (Blankenship), Cary Blankenship, Tom Blankenship, Linda, Joanne and John Blankenship (Rhonda); her great-grandparents, Walter, LeBess Chmiel, Charlie and Eva Blankenship (Carpenter); her brother Eric Blankenship; her niece Julie Evans (Blankenship); her nephews, Shane J. Cook and Johnny Blankenship; and her siblings-in-law, James F. Cook, Larry, Danny Eitel and Sandy Eitel. She was also cherished by aunts, uncles and cousinsJanet.

Visitation was held on Tuesday, February 11th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM. A funeral service was held on Wednesday, February 12th 2025 at 12:00 PM. A burial was held on Wednesday, February 12th 2025 at the Springlawn Cemetery.
