He was predeceased by: his wife Joni Coen. He is survived by: his children, Tamera Dyer (Chuck) and James McArthur (Sue); his grandchildren, Sabrina (Jason), Tasha (Kyle), Scotty, Jeremy (Jessica) and Tyler; his great grandchildren, Cameran, Avery, Jack, Kennedy and Charlie; and his brother Paul Coen.
