He was predeceased by: his father Elmer Looney; his stepmother Maxine Looney; and his brother Frank Looney. He is survived by: his brother Harold Looney (Cinda); and his stepsiblings, Ed Harper (Helen), Jo Ann Yocum (Danny) and Wilma Shanks. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
