He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Floyd Harrison McCombs and Anna Virginia Coffield McCombs; his siblings, Melvin McCombs, George McCombs, Ruth Siegfried, Marianna Rossiaky and Larry McCombs; his wife Norma Jean Osborne Rutledge; and his caregiver Church of God Campgrounds. He was also cherished by nieces, nephews.
