She was predeceased by: her parents, Edgar Williams and Lavenna Williams; and her siblings, Dale Williams and Carol Caudill. She is survived by: her husband Glen Baltzer; her children, Shawn and Heidi Thacker; her stepchildren, Zach Baltzer (Brittany), Chelsie Sapp and Callie McConnaghey (Jared); her grandchildren, Colton Thacker, Rylee Thacker, Jaxen Thacker, Justice Sarver and Billie Pinnick IV; her stepgrandchildren, Addison, Natalie Baltzer, Eli Rose, Raelynn Sapp and Asher McConnaghey; and her siblings, Maureen Gibson (Roger), Jeri Simon, Patricia Hill (Jerry) and Don Williams (Carrie). She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and friends.
