He was predeceased by: his parents, William Foley and Dorothy Foley (Pitzer); his brother Brian Foley; and his brother-in-law Eugene "Dean" Imbrogno. He is survived by: his fiancée Jennifer Fuerst; the mother of his children Jennifer Foley; his children, Meghan Foley, Colleen Schaaf (Jack), Emily Foley (Dylan Krieger) and Liam Foley (Madison); his grandchildren, Dorothy Lynn, Maria Dean and Henry Kelpy; and his sisters, Helen Owen (Jeff), Diane Imbrogno and Carol Foley. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and many close friends.
