He was predeceased by: his father David C. Foster; his stepfather Dennis Hart; his stepsister Denise Killian; and his nephew Devin Foster. He is survived by: his children, Chelsey Partin, Joshua Foster (Jessica) and Cody Johnson; his grandchildren, Laylah, Waylon, Trinity and Trista; his siblings, Steve Foster and Jenny Foster; his aunts, Pamela Dameron (Bert), Cheryl Caudill (Jerry) and Diana Kauffman (Michael); his nieces and nephews, Kelsey Foster, Meghan Harris, Austin Foster and Tyler Foster; and also Connie Hart.
In David's memory, contributions may be made to the David L. Foster Memorial at LCNB aimed at being a college fund for his grandchildren.
