He is survived by: his wife Lucinda; his children, Mark Walters, Matthew Walters, Steve Raines (Becky), Rick Blankenship (Debra), Clint Blankenship (Shannon), Debbie Berard, Lisa Bednarczuk (Tom), Tammie Bentley, Vicki Taulbee (Desi) and Diana Arnold; and his sister Mary Winona Dick. He is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
