He is survived by: his wife Debra; his children, Carrie Vargas (Ben), Stacie Church (Harvey), Nicole Rader and Brian Critch (Kayleen Cole); his grandchildren, Edward Silva Jr., Cody Silva (Samantha), Phoebe Church, Luke Silva (Lydia), Kaylee Church (Hudson Wolfe) and Shianne Cole; his great grandchildren, Scarlett and Grayson Silva; and his brothers, Darold Forbes and Joe Boyd. He is also survived by many nieces, and nephews.
Memorial contributions in his name may be made to St. Jude Childrens Research Hospital or the American Cancer Society Hope Lodge in Cleveland, OH.
