With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Vioilet A. Compton (Oregon, Ohio), born in Toledo, Ohio, who passed away on May 18, 2020 at the age of 93. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John Rudy and Aurelia Moore; her children, Paul Rapp and Judy Askins; her sons-in-law, Robert Poiry and Richard Askins; her grandson Richard Askins Jr.; and her sisters, Pearl Thompson and Erma Yingling.
She is survived by: her spouse Alva J. Compton; her daughter Carol Poiry; and her daughter-in-law Charlotte Rapp. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren; along with many great-grandchildren and extended family.
