He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Weppler and Carol Tenekenzis; his stepfather Spiro Tenekenzis; and his brother Craig Ide. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Weppler; his children, Jodi Schultz (Chris), Jamie Knell, Breanna Weppler, Macaila Weppler and Sam Weppler; his stepmother Pauline Weppler; his stepchildren, Anthony Zbierajewski, Alex Zbierajewski and Cally Hill; his grandchildren, Robert Knell, Brooklynn Hughes, Baylee Hamilton, Matthew Schultz, Stella Schultz, Carter Fletcher, Carolynne Fletcher and Phoebe Fletcher; and his siblings, Annie Saunders (Wayne), Georgianna Oliver (Stephen) and Chrissy Tenekenzis. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
