He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas and Mona Pachelieff Sr. (Scott); his wife Georgia Pachelieff (Skaff); his daughter Lisa Monaghan (Pachelieff); and his sister Elaine Pachelieff.
He is survived by: his daughters, Carrie Jaquay (Pachelieff) and Caryn Pachelieff.
