He was predeceased by: his foster parents, Roy Bush and Rachel Bush. He is survived by: his siblings, Ronald Bush (Myrna) of Toledo, Shirley Bush Reese (Paul) of Palm Bay, FL and Sharon Bush Wadsworth (Henri Sr.) of Los Angeles, CA. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and extended family.
