He was predeceased by: his parents, Elbert L. Sr. Monhollen and Nina Mae Monhollen (Rains); and his siblings, Elbert Jr., Kathleen and Berthie.
He is survived by: his wife Georgiann Dehabey Monhollen; his daughters, Sara and Victoria Monhollen; his granddaughters, Izabelle "Izzy" Clyce and Skylar Georgiann C. Tuite; and also, Michel (Geneva) and Riley Monhollen (Imogene) of Williamsburg, KY. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
