Seymour (Oregon, Ohio), born in Toledo, Ohio, who passed away on March 19, 2021, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Nelson Billings and Geraldine Billings (Hosler); her husband Melvin "PeeWee"; and her grandson David Seymour. She is survived by: her children, Henry (Karleen), Denise Young (Tim), Candie Seymour, Eric and Terry Bear Tschappatt (John); her grandchildren, Donald Clark (Brittany), Shannon Young (Keith), Devon Druckenmiller JT (Wayne), Lynzie Carroll (Josh), William Carroll (Kayla), Daniel Mausser (Maggie), Noah Mausser (Hailey), Rachel Mausser (Brendon), Savannah Carroll, Anna Carroll and Justin Ankenbrandt Collin Ankenbrandt (Shayla); her great grandchildren, Mark, Cindy, Gage, Roddy, Hunter, Dexter, Sophia, Maxfield, Levi, Porter, Jayla, Logan, Presley, Peyton and Cooper; and her brother Eugene Billings (Earlene).
