We are sad to announce that on May 1, 2019, at the age of 77, Sally Smalley (Oregon, Ohio), born in Toledo, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Richard; her parents, Thomas Ward and Lula Ward (Swanson); and her sisters, Marilyn and Ruth.
She is survived by: her children, Chris (Paula), LuAnn and Cathy Smalley; her brother Tom Ward (Ellen); her grandson Dustin Pollick (Katie); her pet Titan; and also, Julie Beiser and Mary Jo Rill. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Memorial contributions may be made to Christ United Methodist Church or Hospice of Northwest Ohio.
