She was predeceased by: her parent Eden Blakelock; her husband Strahil Kuzmanov; her sons, George Perkins and Daniel Perkins; her mother Gertrude Slater-Blakelock (Slater); and her brother George Blakelock.

She is survived by: her sons, Carl Perkins and Eden Perkins; her daughters-in-law, Janet Perkins and Debrah Ferguson; and her granddaughters, Gretchen Perkins and Alexandra Ferguson.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions be directed to the American Cancer Society.
