She was predeceased by: her husband Phares S. Cook. She is survived by: her children, Michael Cook (Diane Hedgecock) and Kathleen Wolford (Dennis Wolford); her grandchildren, Erin Cook, Jared Cook, Nicole Wolford (Tommy Diffley) and Heather Wolford (Devon Smith); and her great grandchildren, Mia Cook and Remy Wolford.
Visitation was held on Thursday, April 24th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the The Gardens of St. Francis (930 S Wynn Rd, Oregon, OH 43616). A Mass was held on Thursday, April 24th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
Memorial contributions may be made in Katie's name to Hospice of Northwest Ohio.
