It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rose Marie Blackburn of Oregon, Ohio, born in Toledo, Ohio, who passed away on December 3, 2020, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her friends, Michelle Mohr, David Socha (Roberta), Mary Elaine Hatfield (Dallan), Thomas Costell (Ashley), Christine Peck (Russell), Carol Danford (Bill), Skye Peck, Heather Rodriguez (Julian), Faith Rodriguez (Dylan) and Christine Hatfield; and her pets, Bear and Peppie.
Masks and social distancing guidelines will be observed in the funeral home and church.
